Thame United U11 Junior Premier League team had a weekend that will be remembered for a very long time, when they travelled to Turin to take up an invitation to play in the Invincibili cup held in the Torino stadium against professional academies from all over the world including AC Milan, Real Madrid and Manchester City.

Over 120 teams in two age groups played out over 2 days in the warm Italian weather with our boys facing Ac Milan, Juventus, Helsinbourg and Fiorentina.

The boys record was 2 wins 2 draws and 2 loses, a great effort against such high level teams, making the club and parents proud.

The boys will have learnt so much over the weekend and not just football with great experiences and new friendships made.

We hope the club will be invited back next year and take even more teams from Thame United to represent our club on the world stage.
